Breast Health Education and Awareness Program
This program provides community based education designed to increase awareness of breast health, breast cancer risk factors, screening guidelines, and the importance of early detection. Through educational outreach and physician guided presentations, participants gain the knowledge needed to make informed healthcare decisions and advocate for their own breast health.
Services Include:
• Community breast health workshops
• Breast cancer awareness presentations

Breast Cancer Risk Assessment & Early Detection Program
This program provides formal clinical breast cancer risk assessments to help individuals better understand their personal risk factors and identify opportunities for early intervention. Participants receive evidence based evaluations, educational guidance, and referrals to appropriate screening and healthcare resources when needed.
Services Include:
• Comprehensive breast cancer risk assessments
• Individual risk evaluation consultations
• Family history and risk factor reviews

• Navigation to community healthcare resources
